Our Process

Cleaning Steps

Step 1: The Pool System (Weekly)

We turn off the pool system and visually inspect the pumps, filter, heater, chlorinator, salt cell, and pressure gauges for leaks or signs of wear. Additionally, we check control time clocks and electronic control panels for any errors and correct them as needed. If any critical issues are found we notify the owner as soon as possible. At this time we empty pump baskets.

Step 2: The Pool (Weekly)

At the pool, we visually inspect the water clarity and look for debris that’s floating and on the floor bottom. After our visual inspection, we check the pool water chemistry for any imbalances. If we find an imbalance, we administer the necessary chemicals, such as chlorine tablets for pool sanitization, acid or soda ash for pH balance, and granular shock for a chlorine boost.

Set 3: The Pool Cleaning (Weekly)

“Firstly, we empty the skimmer and floor cleaner baskets, as well as the bag of the floor robot cleaner. Secondly, we brush the steps, spa walls and floor, and the seat benches. We will then brush the pool walls and the water tiles. Finally, if necessary, we will vacuum the pool and spa floor to clear it of debris and dirt.”

Step 4: Salt System Cleaning

We check and adjust salt levels in salt systems, weekly, cleaning salt cells as needed on a customized schedule. Ideal pool salt level is 3,200 PPM. Low salt impacts chlorine production and high salt risks pool damage, so we monitor salt levels closely.

Step 5: Robotic Cleaners (Weekly)

During our visit, we inspect pool robot cleaners and replace, tires, wheels, bags, hoses, wall couplers, etc., if necessary. We also repair them at our shop if major repairs are needed.

D.E. Filter Cleaning

DE (Diatomaceous Earth) filters employ grids coated with a fine powder called DE for superior filtration. Cleaning a DE filter is recommended every three to four months. If the pressure of the filter exceeds a high threshold between filter cleans, we will backwash the filter to ensure it is filtrating correctly. We inspect the tank during this process.

Cartridge Filter Cleaning

Clean cartridge filters every 3-4 months; inspect tank and manifolds for wear. Use water hose and jet nozzle to clean cartridges. Reassemble filter and check for leaks when system is turned on. We also replace cartridge filters when needed.

Monthly System Checks

We check all the equipment like control panels, time clocks, pumps, heaters, salt cells, pool jets, lights, valve actuators, pressure gauges, and chlorinators carefully to make sure everything is working well.
